about this project

Green Pathways is a 7-day Erasmus+ training course in Bansko, Bulgaria, that builds on the earlier Green Compass project. Guided by the European Sustainability Competence Framework (GreenComp), it brings youth workers, educators and NGO volunteers from Bulgaria, the Czech Republic (Wild Geese), Germany, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Spain and the Netherlands together to explore how sustainability can move from theory into everyday youth work — through interactive workshops, outdoor learning, and study visits to local sustainable initiatives in the Bansko region.

outdoor learning methods that put the GreenComp framework into practice, not just on paper.

peer network building

structured space to trade ideas and stay connected with youth workers from the other seven partner countries after the course ends.

participants: youth workers, educators, volunteers and active NGO members from 8 partner countries; priority given to participants with fewer opportunities

travel & funding

this project's costs are covered by Erasmus+, including travel, accommodation, food, Youthpass certificate.
